Codex Macedoniensis (Gregory-Aland no. Y or 034) is a Greek uncial manuscript of the Gospels, dated paleographically to the 9th century. The codex contains 309 leaves (18 cm by 13 cm). Written in one column per page, and 16 lines per column. The codex contains the text of the Gospels in fragmentary condition. The codex is located, in the Cambridge University Library (Add. 6594).
The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type. Aland placed it in Category V.
