Image source the best brands of the world. Because the logo is simply "Coca-Cola" written in Spencerian Script, developed by Platt Rogers Spencer (d. 1864), it contains no copyrightable authorship. The logo itself was designed by Frank Mason Robinson in 1885.

This image, or text depicted in it, is not copyrightable because text in a general typeface is not copyrighted. Simple geometric shapes are also not protected. See WP:PD#Fonts or Template talk:PD-textlogo for more information.
