Jacobi Gray Carter (born April 2, 1990 in Rolesville, North Carolina), commonly known as Cobi Carter, is an American software engineer best known for authoring Wikipedia's anti-vandalism ClueBot, Wikipedia editor, and current administrator of ClueNet, the open source community he founded with Chris Breneman.
