- 1713 - The Estaughs build a brick mansion on what is now Wood Lane in Haddonfield.
- 1721 - First Quaker meetinghouse is erected on land deeded by John Haddon.
- 1762 - Elizabeth Haddon dies.
- 1764 - The volunteer Friendship Fire Co., now known as Haddon Fire Co. No. 1, is formed.
- 1778 - British troops march through Haddonfield on the way to what would become the Battle of Monmouth.
- 1890 - Benjamin A. Lippincott builds a train station on his land in Haddon Township for the Atlantic City Railroad Company and files a plan for Haddon Heights.
- 1904 - Haddon Heights is incorporated; Indian King Tavern is first historical site bought by the state.
- 1918 - Camden annexes what is now known as Fairview from Haddon Township.
- 1926 - Fairfield Estates section of Center Township becomes part of Haddon Heights.
- 1965 - Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Line (PRSL) ends passenger service on line serving Haddon Heights.
- 1966 - PRSL ends rail service between Camden and Haddonfield; work begins on PATCO High-Speed Line.
- 1969 - PATCO High-Speed Line begins service with stations serving Haddonfield and Westmont section of Haddon Township.
