Purpose of use

Used for purposes of illustration in an educational article about the entity represented by the image.
The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of this article topic.

Replaceable?

Protected by copyright and other restrictions including article 6ter of the Paris Convention, therefore a free use alternative won't exist.

Since I am creating an article specifically on the coat-of-arms itself, and since it is not replaceable (all derivatives would be subject to the same copyrights), this is the image that must be used for the article
