This image existed on Wikipedia previously. It was deleted because POV editors[who?] kept removing it from all articles related to Tibetan sovereignty and independence.[citation needed]

The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of this article topic.

Since I am creating an article specifically on the coat-of-arms itself, and since it is not replaceable (all derivatives would be subject to the same copyrights), this is the image that must be used for the article
