CNL Income Properties

CNL Income Properties is an unlisted Real Estate Investment Trust. The Trust is managed by CNL Financial Group. The company buys resort properties across the nation, but has no day-to-day management involvement in the properties it owns.

Among the properties CNL Income fully or partially owns are:
- Northstar-at-Taho
- Village at Squaw Valley
- Seven former Six Flags Parks:
CNL Income Partners signed a refinancing deal with Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement park that will for allow $10 million in new attractions to be added over the next two years. CNL will acquire Magic Spring's assets and then will lease them back to the park.[1]
