[edit] Original Research

The last paragraph, describing how Eddie Murray (and a few other players) "disprove" the hypothesis that clutch hitters don't exist smacks of original research. It's not a particularly compelling argument (at least one far better study of clutch hitting has been done), but if it's going to be included, it should be sourced to someone other than an armchair-Bill-James wikipedia editor. If it can't be, it doesn't belong in the article. I'd love to pick it apart myself, but that would be original research too. --Kajerm 01:41, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
