Modified wording slightly: - most deletion debates are quick to review, but complex and acrimonious ones can take a while to balance the policy points, and we don't want others jumping the gun and assuming it's abandoned.
It could probably be worded smoother, but the key points to ensure are that readers learn what's involved in an AFD (educates editors and others), and that instead of "minutes" we use "shortly"... etc. I moved the removal info (1 hr) to keep it together with the "if its complex allow longer" note.
