Talk:Clinic (band)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I'm trying to build up pages for all of Clinic's singles, I don't see any need to merge them. A separate page provides users with other info a mention on a page cannot.

[edit] Letterman appearance.
Perhaps someone should note their Letterman appearance? That's usually a notable mark of a band's success.
[edit] Girlfriend section - terrible English
This section: Ade Blackburn is in a long term relationship with a young woman by the name of Julie Hennessey. She teaches I.T in St. George of England High School in Bootle, Merseyside. She has used her boyfriends band as a Base to use for there next task in there OCR Nationals.
- is awfully written. I can't even tell what it means. Can someone fix it please? Chris Wood 09:39, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Movie Commercial with "Walking with Thee"
I'm quite certain "Walking with Thee" was featuring in movie commercial, but I don't know which movie exactly. It was the first instance I heard the song, long before finding out its name or the band behind it. I want to say the movie had Bill Murray (possibly Lost in Translation, since it was released a year after the album, Walking with Thee). I'm pretty sure it was at least a movie of that nature - sort of a mature, intellectual comedy. I'm not a huge Clinic fan or anything; I just thought it was notable. Cale 05:40, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Clinic (band).jpg
Image:Clinic (band).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Resource suggestion
As an editor at Crawdaddy!, and to comply with COI guidelines, I am not posting the link to this interview. However, I would like to recommend it as a valuable resource that could be used for the needed citation about surgical masks among other things. I hope that an editor will find the time to examine it and—if he or she sees fit—integrate it or post it as an external link. I appreciate your time. Interview
