There is currently a lot of construction going on in the marina and there are two piers there. What is this in the picture? Is it the old one? To the right of it is a much larger building that looks a lot newer. If the marina south pier has replaced this one, what is it used for now? Bum boat docking? What about recreational boats like in Kallang? Please, somebody write more! DaronDierkes (talk) 07:09, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

So where does this new development get filed? This article? Under Collyer Quay? Under the hotel's name? I've read that this ugly building in the picture was called the Customs Harbour Branch Building, what will the new name be? Is it possible to walk around there? I've been to the Merlion and I've been to the Landmark site, but I never tried to walk from one to the other. Will there be a walkway of sorts? I'm actually kind of impressed by the starbucks under the bridge by the merlion, I wish they'd put some retail under the esplanade side of the bridge, right now it is an excellent site for sleeping vagrants--if there were any.
