Climbing

Climbing is the act of using ones hands and feet to ascend an object. Depending on the object climbed and the equipment used, climbing is divided into different types. Some of the more popular types of climbing include: Mountaineering, Rock climbing, Ice climbing, Bouldering and Rope climbing.
