David Clive Allan Walker (born Watford, 24 October 1945) is an English former professional association football player. His clubs included Leicester City, Northampton Town and Mansfield Town and he also managed Northampton Town as well as having two spells as manager of Dover Athletic. He is currently a coach for Isthmian Premier Division side Maidstone United.
