Clint Stanaway is a former journalist and general news reporter with the Nine Network

He was born in Melbourne. Early in his career while working at Channel Nine's Melbourne office he developed a passion for journalism. He attended Glen Waverley Secondary College, completing his VCE in 2000 and was one of two deputy school captains.
[edit] Journalism career
In 2002 he joined the WIN Television Network at the Bendigo office as a general news reporter. Over 18 months he specialised in the areas of Police and Courts. He returned to Melbourne in early 2005 to join the Nine Network as a reporter.
As a general news reporter, Stanaway covered many big breaking stories, including the Mildura Smash which killed 6 teenagers, the Beaconsfield Mine Disaster and Kerang train smash. in 2006 he worked on Nine's coverage of the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.
In 2007, Clint Stanaway became GTV's court reporter. He reported on the trial of Robert Farquharson, and Thomas Towle, as well as the sentencing of Peter Dupas.
Stanaway resigned from the Nine Network in March 2008. He has since moved to London.

He completed the double degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce (BA/BCom) at Deakin University.

A keen AFL supporter, Clint Stanaway follows the Melbourne Football Club.
