Clint Norris was the bassist and back-up vocalist for the Christian metalcore band As I Lay Dying; Prior to joining As I Lay Dying, Norris played bass for the now-defunct band Fontane.
On stage Clint mostly used Ibanez S series basses and several custom Ibanez ATK basses. He also used a Fernandes Tremor bass. In the video for 94 Hours, he used a Fender Precision bass. Norris also used Fender Jazz, and Warwick 5 string Thumb basses.
Norris did not record bass or vocals on any of the As I Dying albums. He was present during the recording of Shadows Are Security, but Phil Sgrosso did bass and Dave Arthur of Kings To You provided the clean vocals due to the fact that Norris couldn't learn the songs in the short time they needed to be recorded in. However he is credited for doing them live.
He left the band to focus on his marriage and surfing career but he states that he "continues to stay in touch with the band".
