Clinton E. Frank (born September 13, 1915, Evanston, Illinois - July 7, 1992) was an American football player. He played halfback for Yale University.

Frank attended Yale University and was a letterman in football. In football, he was a two-time team captain and All-American, and as a senior in 1937, he won the Heisman Trophy and the Maxwell Award.
