Clifford picnic

The Clifford picnic is a fair held in Clifford Township, Pennsylvania once every year. The picnic is a fund raising event for the local fire department. Preceding the actual picnic there is a parade that travels through main street up to the fair grounds. As of 2007 the picnic now lasts for three days (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), and occurs during last week of July. The picnic used to last for five days, but due to rain and other circumstances it has been cut down to three days.
