S.G(Serious Grime)Records was Started in 2004 it was started by Razer.Dee who is still the Head C.E.O of the company with the intention of getting himself and a few of his other Grime friends heard but then he started hearing other artist out of london and wanted to hook up wiv them and he also noticed there was a lot of un heard artist in England with alot of talent so he decide to branch out his aim.

In February 2006 S.G(Serious Grime)Records Offically Became Clear Cut Records because the label now also included R&B & Hip-Hop Artists and was an Urban Independent Record label instead of Jus Been a Independent label for grime artists as it had been privously. By March 2006 Razer.Dee The C.E.O of Clear Cut Records Wished to start managing a young D.J by the name of D.J Shock. and This was the begin of what is now known as Clear Cut Management which offers management and representation for all artists weather they are a D.J, M.C, Producer, Rapper OR Singer as long as they are up to standerd. Also in March 2006 it occoured to razer.dee that quite a few producers wished to join clear cut records so he started up Clear Cut Production a month later D.J Fezzy became head of clear cut production

Clear Cut Production Is A music And Media Production Group. It Is Part Of Clear Cut Inc. Clear Cut Production was Started in December 2005 By Razer.Dee As a Music Production Company but In May 2006 SwifTurk Joined Then Company As The First Media Production Person.
Clear Cut Production Along With SwifTurk Will Be Releasing 'Sulate The Streets' (A Dvd Showing Street Music In London And What It Has To Offer)The Dvd Will Have Many Well Known Artists On it Aswell As Underground Artists.
Clear Cut Production Is Also Currently Shooting There Documentry D.V.D 'Clear Times' Which will Be Aired On Sky Hopefully, Documentry is seeing how urban music affects the attitude of young people in the U.K. It Will Be Discussing Issues Such As Knife and Gun Crime And How Music May Influence it. We Would Like To Give The Artist The Chance To Express There Feelings Towards the Matters. It Will Be Featuring artists Such As: Bashy, Shizzle, Dj Ironik(Twice As Nice), 8T2(Clear Cut Records), Lucy Ambace(Choice Fm), KSounds, Alizay, Skata Records Camp, N.A.S.T.Y Jack( N.A.S.T.Y Crew), Krucial(Aftershock), Natz 2 Nice,Pbeatz, The Clear Cut Family & A Few Others. Both DVD's Will Be Released By The End Of December 2006.

In July 2006 Razer.Dee and D.J Fezzy Decide to bring All the Clear Cut Programs Togeather. So They Formed Clear Cut Inc. and although all the company's still run seperatly the clear cut artist get the best from each deparment. July 2006 also saw the start of Clear Cut Promotion Which is also now part of Clear Cut Inc. and In august Laydee Sparks became the head of Clear Cut Promotion. During August 2006 Rising Star Records RSR for short another independent record lebal run by Stikz was also formed and became part of clear cut inc. The First Mixtape Release on Clear Cut Records was The R.I.P Mixtape Mixed by D.J Shock and Featuring may artist in September 2006 to help promote anti-gun and knife crime in london. The First Album was 8T2's Beauty And The Beats.In October 2006 There Was Problems With D.J Fezzy And After A Few Words Were exchanged He Was Forced To Resign From Clear Cut And Within 24 Hours SwifTurk Was Appointed The New Head Of Clear Cut Productions. Also 05 Records Is Set To Join Clear Cut Inc. In November All Deals Have Been Reached And Paper Work Has Been Passed Now It's Just A Matter Of Find a Right Date To Fuse The Company. Gadjet Production Is Also In Talks With Clear Cut Inc. Because It Also Wish's To Join.
