Hello everyone, I just added a short section on "Mobile Source Pollution" because I noticed that there was no information on how the CAA regulates mobile sources of air pollution on the wiki. I also think that it is interesting to see that the CAA takes a very different approach to regulating mobile sources than the approach it uses to regulate stationary sources. Instead of allowing the states to decide who to regulate and how much in order to achieve federal standards, thus giving some autonomy to the states, the federal government reserves all the power to itself (and California).
