Clementina Maude, Viscountess Hawarden (1 June 1822 – 19 January 1865) was a portrait photographer of the 1860s. Art historians maintain[citation needed] she was influenced, in her photography, by the portraiture by James Whistler. She often used her children, husband, and servants as models. Lewis Carroll was an admirer of Lady Clementina Hawarden.
