This entry for Father Du Teil should be considered for inclusion under Wikipedia because of his tremendous contribution to Hawaii. He is considered one of the most influential people of the 20th century in Hawaii social services and ministry. He founded the first Emergency Homeless Shelter in Honolulu in 1978, an organization that continues to assitance the homeless and needy. Many less important individual from Honolulu like Carole Kai. For many, Father Du Teil is the 20th century equivalent of Father Damien.
