Musician Claudia Tienan (birthdate and birthplace unknown) is a guitarist, bassist and vocalist who has played in several genres. Formerly with an alternative band called The Simplistics, she is currently performing in Uncle Monk, a bluegrass duo she shares with Tommy Ramone. Uncle Monk produced a self-titled album released in March 2006. They are currently touring small local venues in New York (state) and New Haven, Connecticut.
