Claude-Max Lochu
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
French artist, painter and designer, Claude-Max Lochu was born in 1951 in Delle in Franche-Comté.
For Claude-Max Lochu, the essence of painting is to catch the daily poetry. Claude-max Lochu, a discoverer of hidden secrets, knew how to exhume the magic where ordinarily ones perceive only the distressing rationality. He says: "Flying over the geometry of the cubist relief of the city strikes me and obsesses me pictorially. I discover there a new urban mapping to explore, to invent, to dream." Jean de Bengy wrote about him: " Of his numerous trips, of his exploration of the world, Claude-Max Lochu brought back a vision, one about humanity, not in the sense of humanism but in the one of human reality. " Claude-max Lochu, rear grandson of Peter Pan, got his degree at the École des Beaux-Arts of Besançon and lives today close to Paris, in France. He works with several galleries in France and abroad.
