[edit] Good Boy, Bad Boy
The 2007 Bollywood film Good Boy, Bad Boy used many of the same key story elements as Class Act. For example, in both films a good student and a bad student get their photos switched and end up in the wrong classes as a result, they help each other adjust to their new roles and learn new things about themselves, they each find themselves attracted to a girl who is their opposite, and the bad boy appears in a quiz show, correctly answering a question with information that he learned from a girl earlier in the film.
