The Caribbean Derby is a Grade I stakes race for three-year-old thoroughbred horses, held annually in Canovanas, Puerto Rico, on the first Sunday in December. The race features the best 3 year old horses from Puerto Rico, Panama, Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica and others.
