Claes Zangenberg

Claes Zangenberg, born 1976, is a noted Norwegian expert on Company Law and author of several books on the subject of cross-border-incorporations. He is the nephew of Professor Lasse Simonsen.

He graduated as a cand juris from the University of Oslo in 2001 and shortly after received his license to practice law in Norway. He established the Law Firm of Claes Zangenberg which quickly became well known for its work on company law and particularly the controversial company type NUF. He has acted as a consultant for the Norwegian ministry of Finance on several occations.[1] He is currently working as a General Counsel for Stron Group, a leading European formation agent.

He has written several books on European cross-border-incorporation, most noted of which is his book on NUF companies.[2]
