It's a bit strange that Carafa is listed here, whereas Rossini is not. Rossini, after all, ceased composing at the end of the Classical period, with the exception of a couple of religious works. Carafa, on the other hand, wrote deep into the Romantic period. My suggestion would be that Rossini should be listed among Classical composers, rather than Romantic, due to when he stopped composing (his last opera was 1828, and he retired).
