[edit] Father Damien

In your edit to Father Damien on 22:13, 18 June 2006, you modified the caption of a photo in the Death section, adding "(reversed)". I find it interesting that no one challenged that edit. What evidence do you have that the image is reversed? I see nothing in the picture that would indicate that it might be a mirror image, even enlarged and with enhanced contrast. —QuicksilverT @ 01:08, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

Fair enough. It's likely the original uploader used a source that had inadvertently been printed from a reversed negative. I mirrored the image and re-uploaded it to replace the incorrect original, and removed the "(reversed)" comment from the Father Damien article. —QuicksilverT @ 08:13, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
