This is a nice foto of a beautiful location, taken from an interesting angle -- but it gives zero sense of what Ciudad Bolívar looks like today. Hell, it's not even named right.

So by all means keep it, because it's interesting enuff in itself; but it does need to be relabeled as to which park or square it is -- and a replacement foto found for this spot on the page, which does give some panoramic view of the city taken since 2000. I've seen pix like this (though they were likely not GPL'd [sic]).

I know that english-speaking people live in the city. Maybe one of them will read this and help the page out by providing a nice shot.
