According to this thread, City Star may not fly to Houston: http://www2.airliners.net/discussions/general_aviation/read.main/3731613/

Note that the american flights (if it goes ahead) will be carried out by City Star Executive a separate airline to City Star Airlines. Probably due to the fact that City Star Airlines is not an EU company so would not have permission to run UK-USA flights. MilborneOne (talk) 00:03, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
