On February 14, 1933 news reports indicated that all the banks in Michigan were closed. The following day, Willys-Overland Motors in Toledo, Ohio declared bankruptcy and closed. In February, 1936 the company emerged from bankruptcy and resumed production. Musicwriter 02:44, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
