City Park is a development in Houston, Texas, United States that encompasses the subdivisions of City Park and City Park West.
The new development is located along Sims Bayou. Located outside of Interstate 610 and inside Beltway 8 along State Highway 288, centered at the intersection of Kirby Drive and West Orem Drive.[1]
The City Park subdivision homes are built by K. Hovnanian Homes.
The Companies that build City Park West subdivision homes include Lennar Homes, Legend Homes, and Gehan Homes, .[2]
The development is also slated for a 4.5 acre park in addition to its many walking trails and playgrounds.
This growing community is home to doctors, teachers, nurses, lawyers, retirees, and other residents who work and play in the nearby Medical Center, Downtown, Reliant Park, Galleria, and Pearland areas.
