Cisse Aadan Abshir (born 1 June 1986) is a Somali football player who currently plays for Lillestrøm SK.

After a spell in Tanzanian football, Somali Abshir came as a war refugee to Norway in 2006. He continued to play amateur football for Lillestrøm SK with the club's B teams in the lower leagues. After he received his work permit in 2007, he signed a 2-year contract with the club.[1]
