CIR Group

CIR is the industrial holding company of the De Benedetti Group, controlled by COFIDE - Compagnia Finanziaria De Benedetti, the financial holding company of the De Benedetti family.

CIR principal holdings include media (Espresso), energy (Sorgenia), automotive components (Sogefi), and health care (HSS). CIR is also an anchor investor of venture capital funds managed by Noventi.

The group was established by Carlo De Benedetti in 1976. Carlo De Benedetti is Chairman of CIR and Rodolfo De Benedetti is the CEO.
