This image, Ciol-italia-bw.jpg, is being linked from Elio Ciol; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Hoary) think it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of a book cover;
it does not in any way limit the rights or impede the efforts of the copyright owners to claim ownership of or derive income from the book or incorporated photograph;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork in any saleable form.
