[edit] Check it
- Hey remember me? Yeah I just got done writing the background for TNA Sacrifice 2008. I was wondering if you could read it and tell me if I did anything wrong? Also could you read the whole article of Lockdown 2008 and tell me if I did anything wrong there too? I would appreciate it very much.--WillC 23:03, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
Thanks!--WillC 23:59, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
- Okay. Well just for you to know Jim Cornette's official title is Management Director. Also the reason I write every feud is that when I wrote the article I was copying off of Victory Road (2004). So I was doing what it said but with Lockdown. Thanks for the help. Hopefully I'll learn from my mistakes and won't need someone to check my work.--WillC 00:12, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Okay. If you don't mind and haven't done it yet, can you check Sacrifice (2008)? I think it doesn't need any work. It sounds find to me but you ever know.--WillC 00:24, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- Uh, no. WrestleMania is still horribly written and needs alot of improvement. Like I said, the lead still needs to be rewritten, and the event and aftermath still need to be shortened and/or reworded. –LAX 02:54, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- I'll do that right now. I am, but I think I might come back sooner than expected. –LAX 03:02, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- I hate to sound possessive or like a douche bag, but can I please work on this myself? I believe we are not communicating well on improving the article, and I feel I would do better working on this alone. –LAX 03:49, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- If you don't know alot about Wikipedia, ASK me questions! I didn't say I wanted to drop you as my adoptee. Please ask me any questions you have about writing good articles. Once you get that down pat, as well as your grammar, we can start writing an article together. Again, I didn't mean to sound possessive. –LAX 20:15, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- A pay-per-view or biography? –LAX 21:41, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- A biography (in this case) is an article about a person's life. Examples include: Triple H, Kurt Angle, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Jr., among others. IMHO, one of WP:PW's best PPV GAs is SummerSlam (2007), which I wrote (not that I'm bias). If you would like to write a good PPV article, follow that format. Also, this page comes in handy when writing PPVs. Now, do you have any specific questions about writing a good PPV article? –LAX 22:01, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- Do you mean you want your talk page archived? –LAX 22:02, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

Ugh! Then what article do you want to work on? –LAX 10:25, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
- I'm leaving that up to you. I have given you my suggestion. Now why don't you choose one. –LAX 23:41, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
Yes I am going to help you with Vengeance, but I have more important things to worry about right now. There isn't any criteria in becoming an admin, but you must pass an RfA to become one. You can either wait for someone else to nominate you, or you can nominate your self when you believe you are ready. In an RfA, there a three standard questions to answer (What admin work do you intend to take part in?, What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?, and Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?) Along with those questions, other contributors will ask you questions that are usually asked in other RfAs (e.g., When should you use a cool-down block, and why?, If you see two or three different IPs repeatedly vandalizing the same article, what steps will you take to ensure that it stops?, and What is the difference between a ban and a block?). Although you are not required to answer any questions, it will only help you if you do. The community expects that you know this stuff; so if you properly answer each question, they will know that you know these kinds of things. Your RfA will end seven days following your nomination. Pending on the percent in favor you gaining sysop rights, it will close as either successful or unsuccessful. To gain the rights, there must be a clear consensus in your favor. That's all I really have to say. You can get more information on RfAs Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship. Peace, –LAX 10:08, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
