Fair use Justification: This image represents a typical cover of the Cigar Aficionado magazine, which frequently features images of celebrities, politicians, athletes, and historically significant persons, often posing with a cigar. This image is from the cover of the latest issue (October 2006) as published on Sept 1 2006. The image was downloaded from the Cigar Aficionado web site, and re-uploaded to the Wikipedia under Fair Use rules which allows images of Magazine Covers in articles about the magazine.
