Ciaran Donnelly (born 2 April 1984 in Blackpool, Lancashire) is an English professional footballer who is currently playing for Glenavon in Northern Ireland. He has played for England Under-19s.

Donnelly signed for his hometown club from Blackburn Rovers in March 2005, having played eight games for the Seasiders while on loan the previous year.
On 24 November 2006, he went on loan to Southport until January 1, 2007. In late March, 2007, Donnelly joined Macclesfield Town on loan until the end of the season. Donnelly joined Northern Premier League Premier Division club, Fleetwood Town after being released by Blackpool on 31 May 2007. He moved to Glenavon in January 2008.
