[edit] RE: Senior Discount

Please see Wikipedia's notability criteria for music-related topics. - CobaltBlueTony 21:40, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

I've been away but I would also suggest that you read Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:MUSIC. THanks. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 00:48, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
Sorry I din't see the redlink. It should have been Wikipedia:Notability (music). The Specs qualifiy because Matthew Sweet was in them. See Wikipedia:Notability (music)#Criteria for musicians and ensembles item #5. I see two possible ways that Senior Discount might qualify. They have opened for other bands. Has it been reported in the press (same link as before but item #3)? The second possiblity is the "Emergenza Festival" a "major music competition" (item #8)? You could also try and get it restored by going to Wikipedia:Deletion review. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 10:57, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
I've restored the article and removed the delete tags. I looked at the festival link and it probably passes. You will need to see what others think. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 00:21, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
