Why are some small churches such as the Church of Christian Mysticism allowed an entry on Wikipedia while others are bounced off?

I am not a partisan or member of any small church, I am an Anglican/Episcopalian, but I have viewed entries on new small churches which were soon deleted after being entered while others remain.

Who decides that an entry on one is Wikipedia material while another is not worthy? LAWinans (talk) 22:05, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
