Over the past month, I have several times deleted a link to a blog added by User:Jbolden1517 that I believe is in violation of WP:EL. In his edit summary, Jbolden1517 indicates that he thinks WP:EL#Links_normally_to_be_avoided #12 allows this link, but AFAICT this blog is not by a "recognized authority," which is the only ground for an exception to the principles of "no blogs".
