This page says that Chuck is a native of Red Bluff, CA, which may be true, but I knew Chuck in elementary and middle school in Hanford, California. He may have moved to Red Bluff, but I only knew of him growing up in Hanford. Funny though, I also went to middle school in Red Bluff (I get around), but I never heard of any Chuck Cecil there.
