Church of the Assumption (Klodzko)

The Church of the Assumption is the old parish church of the city of Klodzko German: Glatz, Czech: Kladsko.
It was constructed from the fourteenth through the sixteenth Centuries, and houses the remains of Ernest of Pardubitz, the first Archbishop of Prague. The high altar was designed and built by the Tyrolean architect Chrsitoph Tausch in the years 1728-1729.

The High Altar of Assumption Church, finished in 1729, and constructed by Christoph Tausch. On the ceiling is a frescoe of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. On the reredoes are angels and the Imperial Crown of Austria
