McDougal, recent reports place him in rehab with Britney Spears where he discussed with her the pros and cons of a shorn head. He is also seeking the custody of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, when leaving the courthouse after filing the claim he was quoted as saying "baby is mine, baby is mine"
