Chris Bennett was born in Manchester in 1953. He grew up in Sydney and lived in London for several years before moving to San Diego, where he has stayed, so far, for about 20 years longer than he expected to when he arrived. He is only occasionally active in Wikipedia. His Wiki interests include matters Egyptological, genealogical, chronological and calendrical. He also used to contribute on matters Commonwealth constitutional, but no longer.
