I don't know if you were in on the previous edits by anons (regardless this is to all who want to add this with what they consider to be valid citations), but a blog cannot be used as a source on wikipedia, and the news article doesn't refer to Pyne directly. Mr Pyne said he believed the electoral system should be changed so that if a member of the House of Representatives retired, his party could choose a replacement to see out the term.[1]
