[edit] Red and Blue

Too much red and blue in the article. Not pleasing to the eye for reading

Statement from www.christopher-plummer.com

Note: Christopher Plummer was born on December 13, 1929. Reference: King of Players and other recent bio documentaries. (Some publications and news articles list a 1927 birthdate which he says is incorrect.) Many news articles continue to state his age incorrectly.

Wikipedia currently gives the year of birth as 1927. Has anyone got further, definitive, information? Arcturus 19:11, 29 Dec 2004 (UTC)

I changed it in the intro and added a note at the bottom to account for the other sources. Hope that's OK. Everyking 19:22, 29 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Nice one Everyking. I've changed the Year of Birth category and also added a link to the imdb database.Arcturus 20:42, 29 Dec 2004 (UTC)

[edit] British-Canadian

What is the justification for calling him 'British-Canadian'?--Anchoress 08:37, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Honorary Knighthood?

He's a citizen of a Commonwealth Realm, so surely any knighthood he might receive from QEII would be substantive rather than honorary. No? The details of the knighthood are missing. JackofOz 20:41, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sound of Mucous

If I knew the citation I'd add that Plummer was known to refer to the Sound of Music as, well, that. Figureground 03:33, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:PDVD plummer.jpg

Image:PDVD plummer.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
