Further development ideas the AirLife flights; management divided between the Parks & Rec Dept. and the Volunteer Fire Dept.; closed when it snows; surrounded by private properties, many with small plane hangars; state of disrepair of the adjacent property (former gas station) and legal issues surrounding soil and water contamination of the surrounding area and remediation efforts, as they relate to the airport.
