Christoph Watrin (born August 7, 1988) in Cologne, Germany to Reinhard Watrin, Salesman and Evelyn Watrin,Teacher. He has an older sister called Eva. Chris is a singer, dancer in a German/American/British boy band US5. He is better known as "Chris" and the quiet one of the band. His fellow band members are Richie Stringini, Jay Khan, Vincent Tomas and Izzy Gallegos. Former member was Mikel Johnson, who was replaced by Vincent last year. 2007

Chris Watrin was born and raised in Cologne, Germany and he joined US5 when he was still at school. During the casting of the reality television show Big in America, he decided to leave his then ex-girlfriend Jana to focus on US5 completely. His father was skeptical about his son joining the band and quitting school. Chris likes many types of music, and he was part of a gospel choir before joining US5.^{[citation needed]} He was offered a record deal at age of 14, but his parents forced him to refuse, or as said in an interview, he refused because he was more interested in girls.

He is a natural blonde with natuaral Blue/Green eyes, but highlights his hair regularly. He once stated in a magazine interview that fame made him arrogant and that it is hard for him to trust people, as he fears that "they just see the Chris Watrin of US5, not the real me".^{[citation needed]}

The Blonde Stud is currently single. He hasn't dated anyone since his breakup with Jana. He admitted that he is looking for a girlfriend who will like him for himself and not because of his money. Chris' best friend is his band member Richie Stringini

Chris' likes to sing, dance, listen to music, he also likes to photograph, surf at the beach to keep his body in shape and he also likes to surf the net in his free time. His favourite food is Lasagna, Risotto and all variations of Chicken. His favorite drinks include Cranberry Juice , Gatorade & Almdudler. His favorte singers are Michael Jackson , Mario , Justin Timberlake , Usher, Whitney Houston , Mariah Carey , Aretha Franklin & Alicia Keys and his favourite actor is Dustin Hoffman The celebrities he looks up to are Michael Jackson , Justin Timberlake , Usher , Gary Garrison(Dancecoach) & Gary Williams his Vocalcoach. He has a dog named "Balou"
