Christine Philip is an Atlanta-based fashion designer specializing in women's high-end fusion couture apparel.

Philip was born on Aug. 13, 1982 in Des Moines, Iowa and hails from an Indian, German and Portuguese heritage. Her diverse roots as well as travels to Europe and the Far East serve as sources of inspiration in her designs. Philip graduated from Emory University in 2004 and received formal apprenticeship training with a master European couturier.
Philip was featured as an emerging designer at L’Oréal Fashion Week in 2006 and has been covered in Jezebel, Atlantan, EastWest, Rivaaj, Beautiful People, Bibi Magazine, UCE, AsianceMagazine.com, Fashionista.com and MSN.com. Philip opened her flagship store, CP Fusão, in Atlanta, Georgia in 2007.

CP Fusão is Christine Philip's company name and design label. The designer launched her first collection in 2003 under the label ChuChu Couture and later under her own name. In 2007, Philip established the CP Fusão brand and currently designs under this label.
CP Fusão collections are recognized for exotic, vibrant Eastern fabrics in contemporary American styles. What began with a vision for an East-meets-West fusion couture line, the label continues to offer luxury, elegance and femininity to the modern woman with high-end apparel designs that cross borders. In addition to an apparel line, CP Fusão carries exclusive handbags and custom fine jewelry.
The Portuguese word Fusão meaning “fusion” is a tribute to Philip's mother whose heritage stems from a city in India that is heavily influenced by the Portuguese.
