Christina Cahill (born 25 March 1957 in Northolt, London) is a former British 800m and 1500m athlete, who was born as Christina Boxer. She competed at the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane, Australia, winning the gold medal in the 1500m in a time of 04:08.28. She also competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea where she finished 4th in the 1500m final, with a time of 4:00.64.
